A rule-follower at heart, Gigi’s artistic style combines a hint of realism with a charming juxtaposition of size and scale. Gigi’s love of travel and animals can be seen in his work as he constantly explores drawing or painting new species and scenery. He has developed his own “paper towel image transfer” technique that he often uses to place his favorite animals and cartoon characters into quaint farmstead landscapes. He hopes to expand his skills by working on drawing the human figure. Gigi is not shy about asking for praise and affection; a warmth and sweetness that runs through his artwork as well as his personality.
